VBug have kindly given me a couple of books to review; so here's the first one, a review of Defeating The Hacker by Robert Schifreen.

I never have high hopes for "non-technical" security books, I tend to read these things with a developers eye they usually skimp and scrape on detail. Shifreen's attempt is riddled with inconsistencies, inaccuracies and out of date information.

Oh lord. Unedited. Sorry Sarah :) How on earth did Dave get Louise though? The drugs he obviously doping her to keep her from running away with don't show any effects on video.
Charles was in London a few months ago and had the honor of meeting some London Niners: Sabot (and his lovely wife), Blowdart, and Irascian. In this video, Sabot and wife give Charles a brief tour of London including a ride on the world's largest ferris wheel (at least is sure seem like it...) also known as the London Eye.
